 Hi my name is John Cusick and I have been in the Personal Training industry for nearly a decade. Over this time I have spent literally thousands of hours studying what will produce the best results for my Personal Training Clients. I devoured every piece of infomation and fitness research I was able to get my hands on . I then applied it to my Personal Training. I kept the parts that worked discarding those that didn't. All the time improving my Personal Training clients results. On many occasions I would find myself still researching away at sunrise (and you thought Personal Trainers where cool) .

As I was trawling through the moutains of books and webistes on fat loss to try Create the perfect Fat loss Personal Training Program I was amazed by how much misinformation was out there. It was easy to see why so many of my clients had be confussed as to what was the best type of program to follow. It really was like looking for a needle in a haystack.

This is one of the reasons people find it so hard to loose weight and shred fat. The fact is that the weight loss industry is big money. The pills,potions and those great clubs that you turn up and stand on scales just so they can sell you more stuff . All make alot of money for the people running them. So its in there interest to make the progress slow at best and make sure that one day you will need their product again. ( In fact the biggest cake seller in america also owns the biggest chain of Diet centres!!)

So what makes me as a Personal Trainer and my Personal Training Service different? Well the cheapest way for me to get business is to get referalls so the quicker my Personal Training clients get the results and the better those results are the more clients I get to train and the more money I make. The other thing is that smashing your fitness goals feels so good it can be addictive. First Clients want to loose weight then you I get calls saying " I fancy training for the marathon" or " I fancy entering a Tri atholon" So I just get even more work.

"But I Found The Needle In The Haystack"

 In Amongst the mountains of mis information I found the Research that enabled me to Fine Tune my Personal Training Programs. It showed that

"Most People Are Following The Wrong Fitness Program To Acheive Their Goals and Even More Shocking They Have Been Doing Exactly What Most Personal Trainers And Fitness Instructors would have Told them To" 

Take a look at what these Research Studies Found.

The Not So Good Stuff.

  •  2004 Study Shows a change that is simple to implement can increase dietry Compliance and Fat Loss by 96% yes 96% and no its not just to eat less
  • 1998 Study showed that adding 45 mins of hard aerobic training for 45minutes 5 x a week for 12 Weeks had no effect on fat loss. (can you imagine spending all that time for nothing!!)
  • 2007 A simialar Study showed that even adding 50 mins aerobic training for a whole six months yep Half a Year still achieved no fat loss results! (now that would suck)
  • 2008 Fat Loss study showed that people that trained for 40 minutes three times per week actually Gained Fat.

Then I found the good stuff.

  • 1994 A study was performed that showed a specific type of cardio training that produced Skin fold Body Fat Testing Results 9x better than traditional cardio work out protocols.Whats even more amazing is that this method took less time and the participants burnt less calories per session!!
  • 1999 Study showed that by introducing a specific resistance training program fat loss was increased over Diet and Aerobic Training Alone!!

So I put these findings to work and thats how I produced my Workout systems that produce my clients there amazing results in less time.

Southend-on-Sea is in the county of Essex, in South-East England, on the north bank of the Thames Estuary.

The town of Southend is primarily a seaside resort,

The most notable Southend landmark is that of the 1.3 mile (2km) long pier which extends out into the Estuary - it's the longest pleasure pier in the world. Southend On Sea has its own Airport London Southend Airport. Southend is served by two train stations Southend Victoria which connects to London liverpool Street and Southend Central which is on the Fenchurch Street Line.
